I have recently gone gluten-free myself, and something I noticed was buying gluten-free baked goods or bread is extremely costly. As well as finding a decent recipe can be timely, or the recipe may not even turn out to be edible, and I end up wasting the also expensive flour.

Therefore I decided to dedicate a whole website to baking Gluten and or dairy-free recipes.
